Property Management Sales Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Property Management Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and position the SaaS-based Reputation Management platform to strategic clients in the Property Management sector
• Own the entire sales cycle, aggressively hunting and closing deals
• Lead and mentor the industry sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Property Management SaaS or software sales
• Proven success selling to property management companies, REITs, or multifamily operators
• Experience as an industry Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting and prospecting
• Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and revenue forecasting
