Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks related to property preservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box for vendor notifications and correspondence
  • Complete monthly vendor scorecards and prepare daily reports for vendors regarding account status
  • Review utility invoices and ensure services are discontinued when properties are sold
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing
  • Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
