A company is looking for a Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks related to property preservation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box for vendor notifications and correspondence
- Complete monthly vendor scorecards and prepare daily reports for vendors regarding account status
- Review utility invoices and ensure services are discontinued when properties are sold
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing
- Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
