Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and write multiple RFP/RFI requests, ensuring compelling and persuasive responses
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create accurate and strategic proposal responses
• Lead RFP efforts to secure new business and retain existing accounts, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on key business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or English, or four years of relevant professional experience
• Five years of professional writing experience in marketing, public relations, or business communications
• Five years of experience in writing responses to RFP/RFI requests
• A Master's degree is preferred
• Five years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health insurance
