Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Writing - U.S. - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, including writing and coordinating responses
• Collaborate with Account Directors and SMEs to manage the proposal process
• Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or proposal writing
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Proven ability to mentor junior writers and maintain content libraries
• Strong leadership skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
