Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to prepare winning proposals and presentations collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings to define expectations and manage proposal schedules
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and win themes for proposals
• Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in developing architectural and engineering proposals
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and local proposal submission requirements
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
