Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customized proposal responses that highlight GBS solutions
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure proposal content accuracy, compliance, and quality through reviews and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing within insurance, healthcare, or financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems
• Experience supporting sales teams or working within an RFP response center
• Strong organizational and project management skills
