A company is looking for a Provider Data Verification Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain data integrity
- Process and validate multiple data points per provider using various research tools
- Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of call center experience, with 6 months in healthcare preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry processes
- Possession of relevant licensures or certifications as applicable
- Experience with data entry and relevant software, including Microsoft Excel
