Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of provider data and enter data according to established standards
- Reconcile data from various file types and respond to inquiries related to provider data
- Monitor the provider database and assist with special projects to maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college coursework desirable
- Three years of general data management experience in claims processing or provider maintenance
- Two years of experience in provider relations, provider contracting, or health plan operations
- Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours
- Remote work capability with a preference for candidates located in North Carolina
