Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Database Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and completeness of provider data in its databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of provider data and enter data according to established standards
  • Reconcile data from various file types and respond to inquiries related to provider data
  • Monitor the provider database and assist with special projects to maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; some college coursework desirable
  • Three years of general data management experience in claims processing or provider maintenance
  • Two years of experience in provider relations, provider contracting, or health plan operations
  • Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours
  • Remote work capability with a preference for candidates located in North Carolina
