Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Internal Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit provider enrollment applications submitted via TMHP's online application system for all provider types & programs
- Document all audit findings and communicate with enrollment staff
- Identify areas for improvement in work instructions and suggest modifications to application systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Teams, Outlook, Access, and Excel
- Experience with internal client systems for Medicaid enrollment
- Ability to maintain a minimum quality score of 98% or higher
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing work environment
