Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Specialist with Provider Enrollment Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers regarding operational concerns and service requests
- Act as the primary contact for assigned providers, managing escalated service issues and collaborating with internal departments for resolution
- Validate and update provider demographic and practice changes in the QNXT/eVips applications accurately and timely
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a healthcare services organization
- Proficiency with desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and mainframe systems (QNXT/eVips)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, claims payment, and familiarity with ICD and CPT coding
- Exemplary customer relations expertise
