A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process authorizations and customer service requests while maintaining confidentiality
- Resolve customer complaints and communicate eligibility and authorization inquiries
- Support team activities and participate in improving service operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Microsoft applications
- Flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime as needed
