A company is looking for a Provider Success Manager to lead a team focused on provider engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 7-10 Provider Success Representatives
- Maintain and evolve the Thriver Program to recognize and support top-performing providers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance the provider experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience
- 3+ years of management experience in a customer success role with direct reports
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- Familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is a plus
- Ability to work with data and make strategic decisions based on insights
