A company is looking for a Psychometric Support Assistant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist Psychometricians and Statisticians in the Assessment division
• Generate and produce materials for item review and standard setting meetings
• Run data analysis programs and perform quality assurance checks on analysis outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral and social sciences
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in education
• R knowledge is a plus
