A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a government agency in implementing its mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes related to health data exchange workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements for interoperability and secure messaging systems
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in business analysis focused on healthcare interoperability
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in healthcare interoperability and data exchange
- At least 3 years of experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
- Hands-on experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and healthcare data exchange processes
