Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchase Coordinator Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of the Purchase Coordinator team.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach Purchase Coordinators in pipeline management and customer service
- Document and track team progress, including administering disciplinary actions
- Prepare and analyze daily reporting metrics and monitor calls
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of outbound call center experience; shorter internal experience may be considered
- At least 1 year of mortgage experience
- At least 1 year of recent sales experience, preferably in phone sales
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
