Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchase Coordinator Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of the Purchase Coordinator team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach Purchase Coordinators in pipeline management and customer service
  • Document and track team progress, including administering disciplinary actions
  • Prepare and analyze daily reporting metrics and monitor calls


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of outbound call center experience; shorter internal experience may be considered
  • At least 1 year of mortgage experience
  • At least 1 year of recent sales experience, preferably in phone sales
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
