QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lead to contribute to a new multiplayer action game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and execute a cross-disciplinary QA strategy for a competitive multiplayer game
• Identify and solve quality issues early by spotting problems in processes and toolchains
• Train and supervise external QA staff while collaborating with the QA Director to establish quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Experience directing external Test or QA staff
• Ability to define a QA strategy that aligns with business and project needs
• Understanding of risks, constraints, and player value to adjust plans accordingly
• Experience managing full-time QA staff
• Degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or related fields is preferred
