Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) and ability to build pivot tables and create dashboards
- Experience using quality management systems and conducting structured QA audits
- Experience facilitating coaching sessions and providing constructive feedback
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Training
- Experience identifying performance trends and root causes through data
