Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who assesses and evaluates software products through comprehensive testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop testing scenarios and perform regression, unit, and system software testing
• Communicate issues, verify resolutions, and create application documentation for user support
• Assist in assembling test team members for user acceptance testing and maintain historical test data records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a relevant field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a QA analyst
• Extensive knowledge of software and database testing
• Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to serve as a liaison with various stakeholders
