Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of medical records for compliance with billing practices
• Utilize various reports and guidelines to perform audits and identify discrepancies
• Prepare detailed findings and engage with providers to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least seven years of experience in billing, coding, and medical records
• Completion of USON Reimbursement tutorials as mandated by the Compliance Department
• Comprehensive knowledge of managed care, HMO policies, and Medicare benefits
• Strong knowledge of current ICD, CPT, and HCPCS versions
