Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance Department and ensure compliance and accuracy in processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of Quality Assurance Department employees and processes
  • Coordinate hiring and training within the department and recommend policy enhancements
  • Oversee the internal ticket management system and establish service level agreements for department employees
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of merchant processing experience in software user interfaces
  • 2-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in merchant services
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
