Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance Department and ensure compliance and accuracy in processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the work of Quality Assurance Department employees and processes
- Coordinate hiring and training within the department and recommend policy enhancements
- Oversee the internal ticket management system and establish service level agreements for department employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of merchant processing experience in software user interfaces
- 2-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in merchant services
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
