- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve escalations

Required Qualifications
- PMP and ITIL certifications
- U.S. citizenship status is required due to government contract
- Ability to work remotely
- Willingness to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
