Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and monitor QA processes and procedures
- Coordinate hiring, training, and policy enhancements for the department
- Oversee internal ticket management and establish SLAs for department employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of merchant processing experience
- 2-5 years in a leadership role specific to merchant services
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
