Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the work of Quality Assurance Department employees
- Coordinate hiring, training, and policy enhancements to support business development
- Oversee internal ticket management and establish service level agreements for department employees
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in merchant processing with software user interfaces
- 2-5 years in a leadership role within merchant services
- Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
