Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Management Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting quality management activities related to monitoring and improving healthcare delivery and services
- Perform data collection, entry, record maintenance, chart audits, and facilitate committee meetings
- Coordinate and resolve incoming member appeals and grievances while collaborating with various departments
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of current CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding procedures and practices
- Experience with data manipulation using spreadsheets and/or databases
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Preferred: Experience in medical billing/coding or a clinical certification, such as a medical assistant
