Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Quality Analysts to meet quality and performance targets
• Ensure quality control of the evaluation proofing process and monitor workflow to meet productivity goals
• Conduct audits of completed evaluations and lead performance reviews for direct reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business operations, data analytics, data management, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• Experience with time management tools and workflow management
• Proficiency with computer systems and database tools
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
