A company is looking for a Qualtrics Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control Qualtrics user permissions, ensuring adherence to governance processes
- Maintain and develop SmartSheet inventories for surveys, dashboards, users, and APIs
- Develop and implement related automations and support survey intake triage processes
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in Qualtrics Brand Administration
- Proficiency in Jira, SmartSheet, and Atlassian Confluence
- Experience in managing SaaS platforms or similar technologies
- Ability to work in ambiguous and changing environments
