Key Responsibilities
- Optimize service operations to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency
- Lead the L3 support function for a complex software product, maintaining high system uptime
- Analyze metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8-12 years of experience in software product operations and service support
- 2-4 years in a Management or Lead role delivering Level 2/Level 3 Desktop Support in Healthcare IT
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CSM
- Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
