R&D Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Development (R&D) Analyst Mid or Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product development lifecycle within the Home R&D team
• Contribute to the core Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and enhance non-GLM variables
• Engage in ad hoc research projects, including competitor research and process automation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with five years of relevant experience in statistical/quantitative modeling, or
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with two years of analytical work experience, or
• Master's degree in a quantitative field of study
• Experience in using various database tools to manipulate large volumes of structured data
• Proficiency with SQL and one or more statistical/programming tools (Python/SAS/R) preferred
