RCM Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Analytics Engineer who will focus on using data to enhance revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality and manage the reporting library to ensure accuracy and best practices
• Develop data models and create business intelligence visualizations to support operational leaders
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and build automated self-help tools for consistent data usage

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing environments such as SSMS and Databricks
• Experience in building data models and visualizations, preferably in Power BI
• Understanding of Python scripting and best practices for data management
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle data is a plus
