RCM QA and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM QA & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance functions within Revenue Cycle Management and manage a team
• Lead yearly and ad hoc audits, collaborating with the Ethics & Compliance team on payer takebacks
• Identify deficiencies and implement necessary controls to improve processes and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of revenue cycle experience
• Prior healthcare revenue cycle management/billing experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
• Experience with Smartsheet is preferred
• Ability to supervise and coach staff effectively
