RCM Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Workflow Specialist (Athena).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily output reports and address performance issues
• Identify and develop new bots to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Communicate bot status updates to stakeholders and maintain workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Medical claims billing experience required
• 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
• Experience with athenaOne is required
• Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
