Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Workflow Specialist (Athena).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily output reports and triage performance issues
• Identify opportunities for new bot automations and manage inbound bot requests
• Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and continuously improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Medical claims billing experience required
• 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
• Experience with athenaOne is required
• Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
