A company is looking for a Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to support client and team goals
• Provide analytical support, including report writing and dashboard enhancements
• Collaborate with team members to present findings and recommendations to clients

Required Qualifications

• University Degree and/or College Diploma
• 5 years of data and analytics experience required
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other database systems
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Real estate experience is preferable
