A company is looking for a Land Legal Team Member (Document Operations).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital real estate documents, ensuring proper accessibility and compliance
  • Streamline document execution and recording processes, preparing execution packages and liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintain electronic document records within document management systems, ensuring data integrity and ease of retrieval
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, project finance, or corporate legal operations
  • Proficiency with document management systems and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Proactive and dependable, adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Notary public certification is a plus, but not required
