Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital real estate documents, ensuring proper accessibility and compliance
- Streamline document execution and recording processes, preparing execution packages and liaising with stakeholders
- Maintain electronic document records within document management systems, ensuring data integrity and ease of retrieval
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, project finance, or corporate legal operations
- Proficiency with document management systems and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proactive and dependable, adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Notary public certification is a plus, but not required
