Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for accommodation requests
- Obtain, review, and manage documentation related to accommodation needs
- Maintain detailed records and track requests using internal case management systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience handling confidential information
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA preferred
- 1+ years of experience in case management preferred
