A company is looking for a Recruiter I to source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various methods including job boards, cold-calling, and networking
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and document employment recommendations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
