Key Responsibilities
- Create, post, and manage job requisitions on various platforms
- Proactively source and evaluate candidates for current openings
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- 0-4 years of recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency in database management and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work
- Excellent computer skills
