Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Intake Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and completing follow-up as needed
• Accurately complete and update patient records, including demographic and insurance information
• Process orders, verify insurance coverage, and secure prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of inbound customer service experience
• Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field is preferred
• One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field is preferred
