A company is looking for a PAP Intake Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and completing follow-up as needed
- Accurately complete and update patient records, including demographic and insurance information
- Process orders, verify insurance coverage, and secure prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months of inbound customer service experience
- Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field is preferred
- One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field is preferred
