A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming call phone queue
- Handle a high volume of referrals and schedule patient appointments accurately
- Communicate with patients and physicians to address inquiries and collaborate with team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Full Time availability required
- Local to San Antonio, TX, and able to attend 30 days of in-person training
- Previous experience in a similar role required (Medical front desk, Medical admin)
