Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control functions within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of field inspection staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Conduct performance audits, support recruitment and training, and implement corrective action plans for field staff
- Lead investigations into quality failures, maintain quality reports, and ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing teams and coordinating across departments, with relevant certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Ability to implement corrective action plans and support team development
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
