A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager (Metro DC, MD & DE).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Service Engineers to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve financial goals through revenue generation and cost control
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and provide escalation support for issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in a directly related field
- Professional knowledge of financial profit and loss statements
- Experience managing large, remote, employee-based territories
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record over the last three years
