Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vendor Coordinator to manage work orders and vendor performance for residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing work orders related to service requests for rental properties
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and control costs at an order and asset level
- Facilitate communication between residents and vendors to drive work order completion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- Prior residential/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong technology skills using MS Office and client work order management software
