Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vendor Coordinator to manage work orders and vendor performance for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new and existing work orders related to service requests for rental properties
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and control costs at an order and asset level
  • Facilitate communication between residents and vendors to drive work order completion
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent
  • Prior residential/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong technology skills using MS Office and client work order management software
