A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales - East Major.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in the Retail segment by increasing market share and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to adopt a consultative sales approach and enhance customer relationships
- Advocate for the segment's strategic importance and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge, or 10 years with a Master's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Extensive experience in consultative sales and managing sales teams
