Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Registered Dietitian.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care, education, and lifestyle support for patients managing chronic conditions through virtual consultations
• Develop consult notes and personalized nutrition plans aligned with patients' medical conditions and goals
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the care team to ensure successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with active licensure
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or eligibility to obtain certification
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in managing chronic conditions
• Proficiency in medication management and experience with EMR systems
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery
