A company is looking for a Quality Management Coordinator HVTI Registries.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates and coordinates Quality Management and Performance Improvement activities across departments
- Develops and implements actionable items to drive improvements in hospital safety and quality outcomes
- Collects and aggregates data for monitoring and evaluation, providing follow-up on identified issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred
- Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
- Three years of patient care experience required; three years in Quality Improvement preferred
- Clinical experience preferred
