Registered Nurse Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Quality Operations for the CEQ National Data Mining Team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEQ National Remote Data Mining and Provider Contact Center teams
• Perform quality assurance on data collection and provider calls to ensure compliance with HEDIS/STAR specifications
• Conduct training and support for staff on HEDIS/STAR measures and data collection strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 3+ years of HEDIS experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or subject matter expert role
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including databases and spreadsheets
• Access to high-speed Internet
