Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including prior authorization and drug utilization review programs
- Evaluate program performance and recommend changes for improved costs and quality
- Establish strategic vision and policies for the pharmacy program to support corporate goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- 10+ years of clinical pharmacy care experience required
- Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical care and pharmacy benefit management practices
- Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
- Registered Pharmacist with an unrestricted license in the state of employment
