Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registration and Partnership Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of student records and manage the Registration inbox, deferment requests, and enrollment verifications
- Enroll new students, process change of start dates, cancellations, and partnership transcription requests
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of student and partnership transcript orders
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an associate degree with 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience in a college registration department is preferred
- Familiarity with Campus Nexus Student Information System is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
