A company is looking for a Reimbursement Sr Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepares or reviews financial accounting, cost reports, and surveys for assigned facilities
- Performs reimbursement processes and prepares monthly Medicare and Medicaid settlement calculations
- Acts as a mentor and coordinates training for staff involved in reimbursement functions
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with third-party financial accounting and contractual allowances
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Two years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or governmental reporting preferred
