Key Responsibilities
- Determine reinstatement requirements and ensure accurate policy updates in systems
- Review and address suspense items in a timely manner while maintaining documentation
- Handle customer and advisor inquiries and transactions within established standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service or transaction processing experience
- Knowledge of product features and transaction processing
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Compliance with regulatory agency guidelines (FINRA, SEC, State Insurance Department)
